Delivery and conversion of retail price.

We are working on a 3-5 business day processing time for most orders. Please keep in mind we do not process orders on the weekend.

Do you need your order shipped immediately? Monday through Thursday, any order placed before 12:00 noon can be pulled ahead of all other orders by choosing the RUSH shipping option. There is a $29.00 delivery fee to jump to the head of the line and be an express delivery. It must be before noon, Monday to Friday or it will not be shipped same day and I will not be an express shipping. If you don't put RUSH, the delivery will be in normal snail mail delivery according to the system rate of shipping depending on the weight and location, which might take up to 20 days depending on where you are on planet Earth. If you would like it to be it as an express delivery, Put RUSH in the search bar, hit the magnifying glass and when it comes up which will be $29, add it to your cart and your order will ship same day and in Express Mode.

Conversion of Retail Price.

Does your purchase total differ from the one you saw before going to the payment page? We are a Malaysia shop that sells in Malaysia RM. When you change the currency to your own, you are still going to be paying in Malaysia RM but in conversion of what retail price stated on the shop page. For example, your order totals $20 and then when you go to pay, if it says the price is in RM and amount is not the same, DO NOT BE SURPRISED as we try our best to get our shopping cart technical side to show in your local currency at where you are residing, sometimes the shopping cart engine might have an error base on your system's location. That is because the $20 represents your own local currency at where you are residing and when you get to the payment page, it is showing in Malaysia RM, and not in your own local currency. When you get your credit card statement, you will see that the bank has changed the currency back to your own. The payment system converts it immediately, so you will see exactly what you are paying. We do not add additional fees etc, the difference is simply the currency rate difference except for automated shipping fees, automated local tax and rush service fees as per request.
